Yoga 

Yoga is a great way to destress, build strength and gain mobility. People come for all sorts of reasons. To get fit, loose weight, become more flexible, to sleep better or to improve their wellbeing. Kathy teaches a style of yoga called Vinyasa Flow, a practise that connects movement with the breath. Kathy currently teaches at the Young Performers Dance Studio in the heart of Cirencester town. It’s a lovely light-filled, airy studio, with ample space to stretch out and move. While you'll find her regular scheduled classes below, she can also arrange private group or 1-2-1 yoga sessions with you.

Pricing

Yoga Studio Class prices: £11 drop in or £50 for a block of 6  (£8.33 a class)  

6 Class Pass: Buy 6 classes in advance for £50, valid for all weekly classes, giving you flexibility and a wider choice of classes. Valid for 6 months.

Class description:

Monday 7pm/ Wednesday 7pm General all abilities - build on the fundamentals of yoga, working on strength, flexibility and balance, suitable for all with or without yoga experience.  

Friday 9:30am gentle flow -  introduces the basic yoga poses, teaching proper alignment, breathing techniques and is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis, those looking to build on strength and flexibility in a gentle way

Yoga Group and 1:1 Privates

Private sessions are a great way to work on a number of things, specifically for you. With focussed attention and guidance you can receive a bespoke session based on your health, lifestyle and goals.

Privates can be either organised in clients home, or at a suitable venue (although this option will incur a further charge), and can be for a group or 1:1.

  • Learn the foundations of certain poses

  • Learn to practise with injuries or conditions

  • Practise in a way that suits your needs - maybe a strong flowing session or focusing on meditation or relaxation

  • Learn techniques that specifically support you - learn some deep relaxation techniques to aid sleeping, or learn postures that can give you an energy boost
